1. Scope
This policy applies to the official NanoMoz website, NanoMoz web accounts, beta applications and messages sent through its forms. The standalone NanoMoz iOS app and web image studio have not launched yet; their photo-processing policy will be published before image uploads become available.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, country, device, beta interests and the content of support or contact messages. If you choose to create a NanoMoz web account using Sign in with ChatGPT, we receive your email address and, when available, your profile name from OpenAI. We store an account record that includes those details, your preferred site language, account status, creation time and most recent sign-in time. NanoMoz does not receive or store your ChatGPT password.
When you create an account, we also record the versions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy presented to you and the date and time you accepted them.
Our hosting infrastructure may also process limited technical request, authentication and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
- This website does not currently ask you to upload a photo.
- It does not currently generate or edit images.
- It does not collect payment-card information.
3. How and why we use information
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process account and request information to provide the service you request or take steps at your request before providing it; essential technical and security data for our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and troubleshooting the website; optional analytics and marketing information only with your consent; and information needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
- To authenticate you, create and operate your NanoMoz web account and prepare it for future product access.
- To manage the beta list and send essential access updates.
- To answer contact, support, privacy, deletion and safety requests.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use this website and improve it. Analytics is off by default: the Google tag does not load unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If you choose “Reject,” analytics remains disabled. After acceptance, GA4 may use cookies and similar browser storage.
GA4 may collect the pages you view, site language, broad interactions such as scrolling, the type of a successfully submitted beta, contact or support form, browser, device and operating-system information, and an approximate location derived from technical data. We do not intentionally send Google names, email addresses, message text, photos, payment details, form reference numbers or other form contents.
Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain disabled. We do not use GA4 for advertising, remarketing or ad personalisation.
Our GA4 property retains user-level and event-level data for two months. Google’s standard aggregated reports may remain available for longer. We store your analytics choice on your device for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer; withdrawal stops future analytics collection.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We use OpenAI for website hosting and Sign in with ChatGPT authentication, Cloudflare for database and edge-security infrastructure and, only after analytics consent, Google for website measurement. These providers may process limited information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep account and form information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, meet legal obligations and prevent abuse. A signed-in user can permanently delete the NanoMoz web account and previous form submissions linked to the same email from the account dashboard.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy of information you provided and complain to your local data-protection authority. You may also withdraw optional analytics or marketing consent and leave the beta list. Contact privacy@nanomozai.com to exercise these rights. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions, and we may verify that a request relates to you before acting.
7. Age, security and updates
Accounts and beta applications are for people aged 18 or older. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as the product and its providers become final; material changes will be dated on this page.
8. Who operates NanoMoz and contact
NanoMoz is currently an independent, founder-operated project. In this policy, “NanoMoz,” “we” and “us” refer to the individual operating the project. The operator can be contacted at privacy@nanomozai.com.
Privacy questions and rights requests: privacy@nanomozai.com. General support: support@nanomozai.com.
